Let me clear a few of the copyright/advertising issues raised:

I can vouch for this in a way.
I know that mochi games display a mochi ad as thats their business model.
All of their games do that and its the price you pay for using their games.
This mod allows YOU the forum admin to add in ADDITIONAL ads of your own choosing in order to make yourself some extra revenue.

Which hmmm.... i see the angle here now.
Its pretty ingenious of the creator of this mod.
I wont spoil it just yet.

Question... do you just use mochi games, or do you use games from other providers?
