Please note that I inverted these errors from your post yesterday.

When your error message says "Database error in vBulletin 3.8...." your server is letting you know that vBulletin (as opposed to other software, like your mail server software, shopping cart software, or photo gallery software) is experiencing this error. It doesn't mean that vBulletin is the direct cause.

The error above means that SQL could not allocate memory. This is a server issue, not a vBulletin issue.
