Just installed, working good. Thank you for writing and releasing this.

Only problem I've found so far is that the borders are hard coded and in blue. (seems that way on most of your mods.

). I fixed those manually though so no big thing.

Right now, what I'd like to see is the ability to assign specific people (not usergroups, or maybe usergroups too, but people for sure) to a department. So that they can only work on tickets in their department.
