Your server is running PHP 5.3.1. This version is known to have a lot of deprecated tags in vBulletin, so you should ask your host to downgrade their PHP version to 5.2.x

Have you tried to find this game at mypostingspace.com/arcade.html? They provide their ibProArcade games in .tar format, which is easier to install by simply uploading the .tar file to the arcade/tar directory and installing through the admin cp.
