I have no idea how to upload avatars. I tried uploading the images via ftp to the avatars folder but the generic avatars says there are 0.

I also am very frustrated with trying to unzip a file of avatars with Vista. It seems impossible as it says the folder already exists and won't allow the file to unzip. Very frustrating with Vista. What is the problem?

When I look in the zip folder before unzipping (because i can't unzip it) it shows two files with white page icons and says 0kb. Why? One says _MacOSX O kb the other says ff avatars 0 kb
