First issue goes to TODO list and will be fixed. Please tell me are you using vBSEO or not.

2nd one - looks like some cache issue. Probably during installation you didn't configure forum directory, check it in opera. Later you did it, but Opera cached old results. This is only my imagination scenario

- please clear cache. Also - please see exact URL in html source and tell me what do you see in header in base tag - there can be several base tags. Or simpler give me your forum URL so I will see it myself (you can PM it, but add whole description - I will not track it - simply I have no time for message tracking...)
