If you haven't found one, then I guess not. I'm not sure what you would write to make it general enough:

- Create a new product in the Manage Products screen
- Create plugins in the Plugin Manager and make sure to assign them to the Product
- Create templates in the Style Manager and make sure to assign them to the Product
- Create Phrases in the Phrase Manager and make sure to assign them to the Product
- Create Options in the Options screen and make sure to assign them to the Product
- Export product from the Manage Products page

That is what you would generally do.
