i made sure that my ibp was off and that followed all directions....imma just uninstall v3 totally hope i can get the games back i had - dont care about the high scores - but still get this error thru ibp that i posted in the other 3 sections and no one has a fix for

whenever i enable the xml file in the plugins n products i get this error
