First upload the ranks to your images/misc folder.

Next go in your admin cp, in the user block you'll see a tab called ranks, click that then click add rank. then select the usergroup you want, for example Admin, would be set up like this.



It's up to you if you want to set a post limit or not.

Repeat this for all usergroups.

Next at the bottom of the page click Maintenance-->Update Counters-->Update User Titles and Ranks

That should be it.
