If you can use email notices instead of popup notices, the function is built in to vBulletin.

Admin Control Panel -> Forums & Moderators -> Forum Manager -> (edit the forum that you desire to receive notifications on)

You will see a screen like the one in the screenshot below. See where I circled the bottom part of the screenshot in red? Add the email address(es) of your Customer Service person(s) there, then scroll to the bottom and Save.

Repeat this process for any other forums that you want notifications on.

The reason you don't set one notification address for the entire forum, is so that you can sort emails. Posts in "Pre-buy" go to sales, posts in "Billing questions" go to your accounts receivable, posts in "Technical help" can go to a service manager. :up:
