Hi pewp,

If you are unsure about the queryport, ask your provider. They usually answer this since many user want to use teamspeak viewer for their servers.

Did you use the correct mode? (Yes for TS3, No for TS2 in the Mode option 2nd setting)

I assume that the port is incorrect and since there is no answer, the connection times out.

Please consult your provider and review your settings.
If the problem persists, you can send me a PM with a screenshot of your Plugin's AdminCP-Settings.
