I just figured this out, as it donged on me that the module itself needed to be removed if it isn't compatible which is what I had previously read.

If you get this error what you need to do is go into ADMIN CP > VBA CMPS > EDIT MODULES >
If you have the MGC chat box module showing you need to get rid of it. I deleted mine and fixed my issue.
