As I promised, I just released microSUPPORT ver.4.4.0, which I do believe that fixes all reported bugs. Using it, it's easily understandable that it has been redesigned from scratch. No more double navbar, no apperance of departments or products in lists, if you've turn them off.
Please pay attention to confirm that the directory microsupport/attachments is CMOD 777. Sometimes, this causes Internal server error, if its not and you're trying to upload attachments.
For those who want to use it just for FAQ, I've to say that they can do it, by setting up usergroup permissions (no ticket posting) and turning off the Reply info block, from microSUPPORT Options.
