I took a look, and you are not using the cms file supplied with this modification, therefore it wont work.

As the support note says ;

.. make sure you have uploaded any files to the correct location - the vast majority of problems reported are due to an error made in editing or uploading files.

Judging by the dates on your files, it looks to me like you uploaded this mod on Dec 26th 2009, then uploaded a new set of chat files on Jan 2nd 2010, therefore overwriting this mods cms file with the default. You must re-upload this mods files.
