Sorry, I don't have time to sign up and check. Does it say "loading" ? I doubt he "fried" it. If anything, uninstall it, then reinstall it FOLLOWING the instructions to the letter..... If it still doesn't work, something else is going on.

And ur chat is working, so the dude claiming he did anything is full of doggy do do.
