Let's say I have a vB 3.8 running on www.abc.com. I want to take an exact copy of this vBulletin and place it on www.abc123.com for testing purposes so that I can try to install some customizations on it. How would I go about doing that?

Do I copy the files over, then take a copy of the database? Is the original vB only going to run on the domain it was installed on?
