Hi im looking for a hack that allows admins and mods to write notes on a users profile in admin and modcp.

So both mods and admins can write notes on there and it says its from them or something..

I've looked on here for a mod but had no luck (not really a good searcher)

But if anyone has any information on this whether someone has developed this hack would be great or if they are willing to do so.
