I had to remove this as is was causeing the mgs below .

Fatal error: Call to a member function query_write() on a non-object in /home/porutnsu/public_html/includes/class_bootstrap.php(691) : eval()'d code on line 98

It was ok when a member was logged in but when a member logged out that is the mgs they see with a blank white page .
