Well the problem is you would have to modify and hardcode the sidebar javascript.
It sets and checks a cookie.. to keep it collapsed.. or open..
Unless you modify it, change cookie names etc.. etc.. there is no way.... or else all sidebars on all pages will be collapsed.. when you collapse only one..

But i read somewhere there would be sidebars on other pages by vb soon.. I would wait a little if i were you
