Use the 1-0-1 package. Unzip and upload the contents of the upload_into_forums folder into your forums.
The product file to import is includes/xml/product-amefy.xml
If AME3 is installed and functional, nothing more to do other than configure it. The link to AMEFY will be in your AME CP menu.

Its easier to do the definitions because its more cut and dry. With AME2x you could make almost any site work, however because vB4 is rendering the video with AME3 you can either easily do it, or just plain not
in AME3 there aren't parameters, its 'code'.
There is 1 regex to pull the code from the URL or match the URL if you are going to scrape (extract)
There is 1 optional regex to scrape the destination site for the code
The embed code takes 1 parameter: {vb:raw code}
