the only way for a bot to follow a link with a searchid is if you posted it that way

Yes, but the problem is that the links like

http://www.pirate-punk.net/recherche.php?do=process&forumchoice[]=54&forumchoice[]=53&forumchoice[]=62&forumchoice[]=65&showposts=0&query=b%E9rurier+noir

will be redirected to the "searchid" version once its clicked

and bots will get a 301 redirect blank page
