Styles & Templates > Style Manager then select the style you want to edit, preferably the/a master template and in the dropdown menu, under Edit Colors / Fonts, StyleVars is your 3rd option.
After committing that to memory, you could also install this nice cheat hack:

which will always call up your master template so be sure to use subordinate your templates properly so you only have to make changes once to affect all subordinate templates down the road. Good luck
