Has anyone been able to fix the login / cookie problem?

On the second domain I log in and 30 secs later I am logged out and then when I log in again, it does not work and I remain logged out. I have tried to fix this problem with no success. Everything works fine with the forum except for this one problem and any help would be appreciated.
