I may have not given enough time for anybody to reply... or attempt to build/test.. or whatever, but just in case...

Are there any mods that allow the submission of tutorials? Maybe even something similar that I can rebuild myself?

I'm thinking of just making my site 100% forums and just use vBAdvanced to make a front page and have a section for tutorials installed into the forums. That way I don't have my site split into 2 different scripts and a manually coded page... but I don't know how long of a shot that is.
