i have half the admin functions for vbcredits II done, just the other half and some actions and displays to go. should be done in a few days, but before its perfect ill be needing a bunch of people willing to test it while i smooth out the phrases and ux effects.

priority will be given to big boards wanting to assess the performance and those of you who've been with vbcredits the longest

i dont know how many ill want yet, but details will be announced on my site as i get closer to finishing.
