Since we customize each newsletter with information from our other sites, a cron was no longer useful for us, so I never had the big priority to add it in.

As far as development for this, anyone is free to make mods and distribute it. If it's a good one (and tested well, i'll add it in)

Any plans on making this vB4? Or, would I be free to convert it myself and release it?
