I am guessing just you.
Deleting your Temporary Internet Files should fix this problem if you made no change to the server recently we will assume it is not your forum. The files that post messages to your forum get downloaded to ur local machine's temp internet files as vbulletin_textedit.js this could be your problem. Deleting your local temporary internet files will cause your machine to download a new one and resolve your issue
