Need immediate help! I accidentally installed the forum instead of upgrading it!

Hi Guys,

This is probably the stupidest thing anyone can ever done but i accidentally installed the forum over an existing forum instead of upgrading it. It's been a while since I did the fourm ugprade and I for some stupid reason used hte forum/install/install.php file instead of the upgrade.php file. PLEASE tell me what I need to do to fix this.
