Just for clarification, this handy mod can be used to rotate over an existing site header, assuming dimensions and position of images matches the header?

Meaning the existing site header is always in place, but then the images put into the rotation are just overlayed on top of the header?

Thanks to the author and anyone using this with success in advance to your response.
