Hi ...Problem solved..

Because of the upgrade there where somehow old version plugins still in the plugin system..
i removed all plugins (who where disabled)... and re-installed the ones i needed..

When i re-installed it..somehow he showed also the old version products.. i removed that 2. and the new ones i kept as enabled...and it worked.

Then i re-installed the shoutbox.. and even that worked great..
