You have to be a member of the user group to see the posts, but our site is: http://www.modern-bliss.com

You can at least see how the nav bar works. It makes one new posts for all the forums and then a drop down menu for the sections you want to isolate.

And it does only show unread posts, but it's forum (or subforums) specific, so it still might not work for what you want.
