vb.org Archive - View Single Post - how to limit Urls in posts to 1 or 2 only?

Is there a way enable URL posting limits in VB? I know we can disable BB code, but can we enable the code but only allow, say one or two?
Or is there a way to make them post 20 times before adding a url or url signature??
