vB has delay to add "edited by" to message and log changes to history. Seems 15 minutes. Within this time delimiter is skipped, to avoid text bullshitting

. If you are 100% shure, that you always need delimiter - change appropriade vB setting.

Absolute time is very bad idea, because it will be incorrect for different time zones. That's why relative time is shown.
