No problem, but I probably should have mentioned: I'm assuming you have your csv file and now you're working on processing it externally (not in vbulletin or php), because there is a php function to convert it to a text representation and a vBulletin function to do it using the date format options. So if you're working in vbulletin code (or really, probably any programming language), there's no reason to figure out your own conversion.
