Well... It's not that there is "No BOTM..."
It's been stated by vB.org Staff personnel that people are busy and have other things going on in their regular lives that sometimes they cannot give a dang about vB.org BOTM.

That was a bit of a paraphrase - but actually the vB.org Board of the Month competition is now actually a conundrum in itself, as the BOTM is now every TWO months. The reason given for that fiasco is that the .org Staff is too busy and apparently noone on the Staff has time to fool around with the Board of the Month competition.

I myself personally said, "Poppycock!" -- But as it is - vB.org BOTM is laughable.

@ Scalemotorcars - If you are looking for cheap and tacky way to plug your forum - then BOTM would certainly be the way. But if you are looking for a realistic form of promoting your site = look elsewhere
