Do you have a managed server? If so, you should just tell them what the error is and have them fix it.

And you posted some of the error_log, but what you need to do is go to your site, do whatever you do to make the error happen and then look at the error_logs immediately after to see what is in there. Look for *your* IP address in the error log so you can see which of the error *you* caused.
