Not really sure what you're looking for.
Unless there are emails sitting in the queue, waiting to be sent by the cron job, then it should read: "The mail queue is currently empty."

Is there something else you are looking for? And it's entirely possible that there's something I'm not aware of, due to the expansive documentation on this mod.
