I found it in the css template.

Code:

.postbit .postdate .time {
	color: {vb:stylevar body_color};
	margin-{vb:stylevar left}: {vb:stylevar padding};
}

It would be in:
Stylevars --> Common --> Body Color

Be aware it changes lots of other text colors.

I think it should have its own style var in my opinion.
