I mean my templates that I edited for the style are gone. I want to recover my edited templates but when I merged the original style into my edited templates my edits were deleted.

I have fixed it, I used a backup SQL and deleted the styles, templates and templates history tables then added them from a backup. Thank god I added a backup script to do daily backups last week, I hadnt been doing them for a year!
