I second this. I even have set up a vBulletin 4 Upgrade section on my forums to let the members know what is added and also give them a place to report bugs so I can report them to coders.
We lost a lot of mods, but knew we would. Slowly we're getting them back. Hell, it's actually quicker then expected. just missing a few key ones.
Now that we have the arcade compatible, it's all gravy till Gold releases and mods show up more often.
The original post is why I sometimes thing that the people behind software like vBulletin, should require an IQ test before allowing someone to purchase their product.
