I have gotten the instant subscription working, the addon creator did not include code to update subscription table in the database. I am now working on the post count issue and the issue regarding clicking on the link from the forum and it saying that it is not a valid thread id, I have yet to have that issue and this addon is working on 3.8.x fine.

EDIT: Ok I have ran into the invalid thread id issue. I am looking for a resolution to it but that will have to wait till tomorrow.
