vb.org Archive - View Single Post - Side tabs like the vbSEO "Stats" for anything you want?

Does anyone know how/where/could make a side button like the vbSEO Google Analytics but for other things like I seen theres a Twitter one, and Facebook, but I'm talking about maybe a make it for more informational purposes such as server status's for games, or navigation bar.. is that possible? could someone make one, and make it easy to edit, or just a template I can work from?
