None of those features are working for me in the adminCP... I'm pretty sure I uploaded everything correctly but they all point to an index.php file that was not with the download materials....

you are suffering from the libxml bug with vbulletin. to bypass, edit the forum/includes/xml/cpnav_credits.xml file and remove all occurances of do=options&

in the first global setting for vbcredits is a link to rename what they are called. you can stick html in that field, including an image tag.
