Its working perfectly fine for me and fine for others.

I know, I did that several times. It just appears that something in my set up does not allow changes to the style. The only style I am able to modify (and have it reflect the changes) is the new Default style that got created during the upgrade process.

I can create a new default style, but none of the changes I make to it show up. It's like the default stylesheet is stuck.
