vb4 hasn't been around very long and some if not most of the mods you listed are quite large so would take a while to convert to vb4 if the mod authors are doing so. You need to give them time, if it was successful on vb3.8 the odds are it'll be put on vb4 depending on the activity of the author. Like Lynne said just wait and have a bit of patience, vb isn't even out on Gold yet and only about 15 mods have been posted so far. It's a bit like asking to have Christmas dinner on Christmas eve - a bit premature.
