How come my amount goal bar doesn't work? Lately, I received 2 donations, but the bar seems don't moving anything? It keep stay still there. Plus the donators do not show up either. What wrong with it? Can anyone help please?

This is should be look after someone donation right? :


But my goal bar after 2 donations still don't move anything :
