Yeah, I kinda figured that out, though it's not very "pedestrian" reading. After reading a bit more, I've decided that what I really need to do is just play with it a bit to get my desired results. I suppose that's probably the best possible solution for anyone wanting to "customize" this to their site. A little time, a little patience....

Bingo! That was one file I missed. Checked all the others against my un-zipped download file, and all the rest are there. Working now. Thanks!

I'll drop by your site to see what other goodies I want to add on. I gather that vBcredits is the base off of which much more interesting stuff can utilize.
