Can't find anything on here, unless someones seen something similar. A mod that basically for certain forums will all you to set "for every X posts a user makes, they get X back".

So if I had a forum where I wanted contributors in, I wanted them to post once in awhile...so if they post once..like in a month timespan, then they will be allowed to view 100 threads, or post 100 threads. Something like that...
