In the xml sheet check the url's to where you have the images and swf/js files parked. If your site is like mine you have to go through a folder or two to get to where the clientscript folder is really parked. Change the url's to reflect where the files are. There are 3 in the cluster in the top of the sheet and 3 in the cluster of code at the bottom. The 3 at the top point to where the 2 swf and the 1 JS files are parked. The 3 in the bottom set up where the default images are and the link the user gets sent to when they click on the base image. Those can be overridden from the controls in the ACP. Make sure the image file extensions in the url's match up with the images themselves.
I would suggest using absolute url's when setting this up.
