I didn't see this one in the compiled suggestion lists.

Has anyone considered moving the values that grant authority to

1) Use the attachment feature, and
2) use [ IMG ] tags in posts

to the USER table?

Right now I can:

1) Allow/disallow vBCode globally
2) Allow/disallow [ IMG ] tags in PMs (also globally)
3) Allow/disallow [ IMG ] tags in Signatures (globally)

In the short time I've been using vBulletin, I've observed that some folks can be trusted with the ability to upload or link image files, and some cannot.

I'd like to be able to set DEFAULTS for these image-displaying permissions on a forum-by-forum basis (rather than merely globally); moreover, I'd like to be able to grant/revoke image-posting & linking authority ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS.

If someone chronically uploads (or links with [ IMG ] tags) inappropriate files, I'd like to be able to revoke the privilege without ruining it for everyone else.

Possible?
